Make sure your pixels go far enough.

From pixels to something you can hold.
Enter the original pixel dimensions, or choose a photo to read them automatically. Set your intended print size and a target PPI. A 3,000 × 2,400 image printed at 10 × 8 inches supplies 300 PPI. At 15 × 12 inches, the same file supplies 200 PPI.
How the result is calculated
Pixel dimensions divided by physical inches give pixels per inch. With Crop to fill, we use the limiting dimension and crop excess image area. With Fit whole image, we preserve the whole picture and report its smaller fitted dimensions inside your chosen print area.
What the number does not tell you
High pixel density cannot fix blur, compression damage or poor focus. This checker does not edit your file, add detail or assess color. Treat the result as preparation for a proof, and follow your print provider's specifications.
